General terms and conditions for registration
1. choosing the package
First: Choosing the business model package and paying the annual
subscription fees.
Second: The subscribers must choose the package according to experience and specialization in the project that was chosen upon participation.
Third: The subscription to the annual package is free temporary until the annual subscription fees are completed from the financial settlement in the company's accounting records at the end of the fiscal year.
2. Services pricing
First: When paying the subscription fee, this means that the subscriber he or she has reviewed the services pricing on the website before subscribing.
Second: Subscribers who are willing to book free packages must submit their requests with their CV and legal documents within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of registration
3. files and records
First: Iraqi subscribers who wish to apply for the right to acquire membership with Al-Laq AL Khaleej General Trading Limited Liability Company must submit their applications within a maximum period of 10 working days from the date of the announcement on the main page of the company's official website and the company's social media pages.
Second: All subscribers must fill in the information required in the subscription application.
Third: All participants of Iraqi nationality who wish to obtain a membership card for the company after completing the permissible limit of purchasing and sales for books’ package for the Neamat Fair for Trade & Food project ; also must not change the email or phone number to receive a copy of the criminal record to obtain the card.
4. Prepare and revision
First: Subscribers who have a membership card for the company and who wish to upload a digital numerical package that are dedicated to trade and health food products must submit their requests to the administration department directly or through any of the company's fourteen divisions listed on the company's home web page.
Second: Entrepreneurs and investors who are willing to make any amendment to the content of the books Neamat Fair For Trade & Food project package have to follow up with the administration before publication within a maximum period of 4 working days from the date of revision and electronic notification.
Third: For subscribers who want to design and develop a subdomain site for them from the company's website domain and provide content, business model or services pricing, they must obtain written approval from the administration department or any of the company’s departments listed on the site.
5. audit report preparation
First: The subscribers who are willing to apply to participate in department No : (6) as a consultants, organizers and auditors of the accounting financial records as mentioned in the main page of the company’s website must provide evidence of professionalism, good reputation, professionalism, good performance, and experience of not less than six years in the fields of work.
Second: The participants from lawyers and accountants who are desiring to organize accounting records, feasibility studies, capital planning budget and legal contracts to a group of projects for the AL Laq AL Khaleej General Trading Limited Liability must be of professional and reputable, accredited, registered and holders Iraqi Accountants and Lawyers Syndicate in the Republic of Iraq.
6. Auditing and attestation
First: The subscribers who will desire to audit and attest the annual financial accounting records and the capital planning budget of the ALaq AL Khaleej General Trading Company Limited Liability must be professional, accredited, have points , authorized to do so, and approved in the annual publication of the profession council of the Iraqi Accountants Association in the Republic of Iraq.
Second: The subscribers who desire to audit and approve the capital planning budget for their proven project with among the projects proposed by the company’s management must submit their applications no later than 60 days before the end of the fiscal year for the company's projects for the year 2021-2022.
Third: The subscribers willing to audit the work plan and the economic feasibility study of their proven project with from among the projects proposed by the company’s management must submit their applications no later than 60 days before the end of the company's fiscal year for 2021..
7. promotion and advertisement
First: Subscribers wishing to promote and announce about all their services pricing and products on all social media pages, the company's website and prints must submit their requests in order to obtain management approvals within a maximum period of 4 working days from the date of registration.
Second: All subscribers are warned not to transfer or imitate any content, design, publication, business model, study, business plan, accounting tree or capital planning budget announced and published in any of the company's advertising, promotion and advertising campaigns, its projects, its customers and its sources of personalities, companies, institutions and men And businesswomen, local and international NGO organizations, and everyone who has history of previous business or photo dedicated to company’s exhibition.
Third: All subscribers are restricted to deal directly without prior written approval to be issued from the administration with any of the company’s sources or by passing the text’s rights for any requests come through any of social media outlets, or company numbers or sites, publications, or advertising and promotional campaigns. In case this will be happened, the subscriber's file has to be shifted to the Dispute Resolution Board of experts elected by management with the legal and financial consultants of the company, who are assigned by the delegated directly by the company director to take the necessary decisions or financial compensation against them as same as the loss value that occur in any of the company's assets, note that the company's resources are part of its assets.
8. membership acquiring
First: The right to acquire membership in Alaq AL Khaleej General Trading Company must be exclusive to any of the company's subscribers.
Second: The subscribers who have not completed the documents, papers, files and records required by the legal consultants of the company are not entitled to apply for membership in the company.
Third: None of the subscribers against whom exclusion decisions for them were issued by the administration department or any other of the fourteen divisions of the company have the right to acquire membership or hold company shares to apply for the right to acquire membership in the company, hold shares, or apply for any of the company's projects.
9. shares holding
First: The right to hold shares in AL Laq AL Khaleej General Trading Limited Liability Company must be exclusive to any of the subscribers who is a member of the AL Laq AL Khaleej General Trading limited liability company.
Second: The subscribers who have not completed the required limit of purchases and sales that is required in the subscription package are not entitled to apply to hold shares in any project of AL Laq AL Khaleej General Trading limited liability company.
Third: None of the subscribers who are entitled to hold shares in AL Laq AL Khaleej General Trading Limited Liability Company to those against whom the decisions of the Company’s Dispute Resolution Board have been issued with management’s approval of not acquiring membership, holding shares, or applying for any of the company's projects.
Fourth: Priority is given to carrying shares to the participants who nominate the project manager in their applications, provided that the participant has to be an Iraqi nationality, with a receipt for payment of the full subscription and membership for her by the applicants.
Fifth: The value of the share fees shall be paid and recovered from the subscribers 'and shareholders' holders in the company in the event that the decisions of the Company’s Dispute Resolution Board are issued against them in order to protect the company and the subscribers from any severe loss, compensation, or unfair competition.
10. products pricing
First: None of the subscribers has the right to put price to the products that are belonged to the projects of AL Laq AL Khaleej General Trading Limited Liability Company in any of the company's sub-domain sites without providing feasibility study for a period of 10 years that are prepared and attested by the company’s accountants and legal consultants whom are approved by the company's management.
Second: None of the subscribers has the right to update or amend the services prices or products after submitting the feasibility study which has approved by the company without obtaining the approval of the financial, legal and administrative consultants on the official approved letter on the official paper of the company.
Third: Subscribers who hold "brilliant” winning vouchers, for the year 2021-2022, which will be announced on the company's official website or on any of the social media pages to be nominated to creative and distinguished people who are entitled to obtain a membership card in the company after completing the required limit of purchasing and sales in the package that was chosen and registered on it.
Fourth: All subscribers who win the " brilliant " vouchers for the year 2021-2022 which link with points of purchase and sale that fulfill the required purpose to improve level of health and sustainable development of environmental and human resources, are exempt from any membership card fees or share-holding fees in the event that the desired objectives are achieved the purchases and sales limit according to the package.
Fifth: Those who have been excluded or canceled their subscriptions are not entitled to participate in any services or products related to the “brilliant " vouchers for the 2021 award.
